Team Chief 'Plug' McEllis is a retired fighter who leads the engineering crew to prime and repair your HAR before and after a match. He appears at the end of a tournament match explaining the outcome of your HAR and your fighting performance.
His mood depends on your HAR's condition and/or what you did in the match. He'll be pleased if you win with little to no damage to your HAR, thus not needing to spend as much time or credits for repairs. He'll be disappointed if you forfeit from a match, or your HAR takes too much damage whether you win or lose leading to an excessive cost and time of repairs.
