Jazzy is a crossover, secret character who appears in the North American Open and the World Championship in the One Must Fall: 2097 tournament mode. Jazzy is the protagonist of Epic Megagames' Jazz Jackrabbit series of video games. As expected from a rabbit, Jazzy is a speedster. He lacks in the power and endurance departments. His favoured HARs are the Jaguar and the Shredder. His HARs sport his signature bright green and red paintjob. His primary ally is his girlfriend and fellow rabbit, Eva Earlong while his main enemy is Devan Shell, both being crossover characters from the Jazz Jackrabbit franchise.

In his first appearance, Jazzy commandeers a Jaguar. He appears by performing a scrap on the Rank 2 character in the tournament and having vitality at 50% or higher. He won't appear in the Easy difficulty. Jazzy has a high offense and agility. His Jaguar has the first hidden enhancement, therefore his Jaguar has double concussion cannon. Performing a destruction on him using a Jaguar grants the player the same enhancement.

For the World Championship, Jazzy switches to the Shredder. He is much more aggressive in this appearance compared to the North American Open. In order to fight him, the player must perform a destruction on Eva Earlong. Jazzy has the second enhancement for the Shredder. The player can obtain the same for his own Shredder by performing a destruction on him.
