Diversions Entertainment is a defunct video game and software developer, responsible for creating the games in the One Must Fall series. The company was originally founded by Rob Elam in 1992, and was headquartered in Panama City Beach, Florida.[1] The company silently closed its doors after the release of Battlegrounds, with only the two One Must Fall games developed under their name.
